Selling your home is one of the most important financial transactions you will make in your life. It doesn't pay to take risks. Then pricing it correctly and being able to substantiate the asking price with bonafide comparables that will be used by appraisers and prospective buyers.

Your home will be professionally photographed, listed on all major real estate websites as well as the Greater Peoria MLS, and feature a virtual tour and on-line interactive floorplans. I will then navigate the road to escrow and closing.
